We start by learning the fleet: unit count, types, duty cycles and when each piece can realistically be down. From there, work is grouped so a unit that comes in for brakes also gets its outstanding inspection items addressed. Repeat failures across several units get looked at as a pattern, not as separate tickets.
Fleet work is a mix: planned repairs and PM at the Glendive shop, with mobile calls for breakdowns or equipment on job sites where field work is practical.
