Preventive maintenance at Mondak is an inspection with an oil change attached, not the other way around. Every PM visit covers engine oil and filters, fuel filters, chassis and pivot lubrication, fluid levels and condition, coolant protection, and belts and hoses — then the technician writes down what is starting to wear before it becomes a roadside failure. Intervals are set by miles, engine hours or duty cycle, so a highway tractor running I-94 and a loader idling in a yard are not forced onto the same schedule. Trucks, trailers and working equipment can all be serviced at the Glendive shop.

Diagnose first. Repair with purpose.
A PM is only useful if someone looks while the unit is in the bay. While the oil drains, we inspect brakes, steering, lights, leaks and wear points and note the condition, not just pass/fail. Fluid appearance tells a story — milky oil, dark hydraulic fluid or rusty coolant get flagged for follow-up rather than simply topped off. You get a list of what was done and what is coming due, so repairs can be planned around your schedule.
PM is best done at the Glendive shop where the unit can be lifted, drained and fully inspected. For equipment that cannot easily travel, basic field lubrication and filter service may be arranged where practical.
